Qigong Class

Learn about Qigong and start building a purposeful practice.

Qigong integrates breath, posture, awareness, and conscious movement to develop mobility, coordination, concentration, stress management, and a deeper connection to the body and energy.

Drop-In Experience

1 Qigong class — $45

As we work with a progressive curriculum, you will receive a brief orientation to integrate you into the content the group is practicing that day.

If you wish for continuity, you can also choose an 11-session program for $385 or a 22-session program for $695. Programs include an official Mueve Tu Chi t-shirt as a welcome gift.
