The Touch for Health Kinesiology Course is a four-level training based on the international Touch for Health system. It integrates muscle testing as feedback, relationships between muscles and meridians, balancing techniques, body awareness, and stress management.

The training includes supervised practice and is designed for wellness professionals and individuals committed to their own learning process.
