The Santiguado Workshop is a theoretical-practical abdominal reflexology experience that rescues traditional Puerto Rican knowledge from a modern, educational, and responsible perspective.

You will learn about the abdomen, the gut-brain relationship, the nervous system, digestion, traditional santiguado techniques, and self-management and body awareness tools.
